Quality/Return:
I buy the ribbon, clips, buckles, etc. and do all the sewing and monogramming myself. I do not leave it up to someone else. I use the best materials I can find and price the products accordingly. As a result of my own quality control I have had very few items returned. If I happen to miss something and an item isn't right, just sent it back and I will replace it or refund your money. Please call ahead or e-mail me to receive an authorization number for the return within 7 days of the delivery date.
